Receive up to a $4000 rebate with purchase of qualifying KitchenAid Appliances. Rebate form must be postmarked by 1/30/2027.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Happy with functionality. Three of the four gas knobs lean to the right. Provided anchor bolts were ~1" short for my solid surface countertop, so installer left them uninstalled. Couldn't find equivalent bolts that were longer, figured out solution with ~$10 worth of parts from HW store.

Gas downdraft cooktops are a horrible design!

sadregretfulcook 8/6/2026

You will be disappointed with this cooktop. The fan is awesome, but it 100% pulls the heat away from the gas burners and it will increase cooking time X3. I fully regret this purchase and wish I had gone with an electric downdraft cooktop.

Be careful cleaning

gcew 7/27/2026

Cooktop works adequately. A minor, but irritating complaint: after only 3 years, all printed flame indicators around the knobs are worn off. I've cleaned the cooktop with dishwashing detergent and haven't used any abrasive cleaners. I think it would be an issue when I try to sell the house.

Downdraft issues

Victorvivek 7/12/2026

I am writing to formally requesting all not to buy regarding my kitchen aid KCGD500GSS gas cooktop, which continues to exhibit a significant operational problem that has not been corrected despite multiple service attempts authorized and paid for by Whirlpool. Since installation in January 2026, the downdraft ventilation system has consistently pulled excessive flame away from the burners during normal operation. Rather than merely removing cooking vapors and smoke, the downdraft appears to interfere with the burner flames themselves, causing flame distortion, instability, reduced heating performance, and inconsistent cooking results. The problem occurs during ordinary use and materially affects the cooktop™€™s intended function. Recognizing the issue, Whirlpool authorized service through Flamingo Appliances on four separate occasions. I appreciate Whirlpool™€™s willingness to attempt repairs; however, the fact remains that after four service visits, the original problem has not been resolved. The cooktop continues to perform in the same unsatisfactory manner. They have refused to exchange , refund or anything . The repair history demonstrates that Whirlpool has had multiple opportunities to diagnose and correct the issue. Despite these efforts, no lasting solution has been provided. When a product undergoes repeated repair attempts for the same defect and the condition remains unchanged, it raises serious concerns about whether the issue can be repaired in the field or whether it is inherent to the unit itself. As a consumer, I purchased this appliance with the expectation that it would safely and effectively perform its intended purpose. Instead, I have experienced: ™€ Repeated service appointments and associated inconvenience. ™€ Time spent coordinating visits and explaining the same problem repeatedly. ™€ Continued inability to obtain proper cooking performance. ™€ Ongoing frustration resulting from unsuccessful repair attempts. ™€ Loss of confidence in the product™€™s reliability and fitness for its intended use. Most concerning is that, despite four unsuccessful service attempts, Whirlpool has declined to provide a replacement unit or refund. From my perspective, Whirlpool has exhausted reasonable repair opportunities without achieving a satisfactory result. Please refund right away. If additional information, documentation, service records, photographs, or videos demonstrating the flame disruption are required, I will gladly provide them. Kitchen aid does not want to resolve this issue as I know it saying it now months old but this problem has been going on since we got it and it says we don™€™t have evidence spite the fact that they scheduled the services. I have been patient throughout this process and have cooperated fully with every service recommendation. However, after four unsuccessful repair attempts, it is reasonable to expect a permanent resolution rather than additional unsuccessful service visits. Please refund.

Great cooktop

Dianegb 4/29/2026

I love my cooktop. It took awhile to get used to because it heats up do fast snd so hot, but I™€™ve got the hang of it now. My only complaint is that the stainless steel perimeter gets scratched up easily even though I am super careful about it. The cooking area is easy to clean. The exhaust fan is powerful and does a great job getting rid of steam and smoke.

Frustrating

OR2026 2/2/2026

I expected much more from KitchenAid. We haven't had it in for 2 weeks and the front right igniter won't turn on. We have to turn on a different igniter, which then turns on the front one (they all fire at once). We're guessing it's a sensor, but who knows. So, we're having to get a service call when it hasn't even been in a month. Frustrating for this kind of money. No wonder it said that once it's delivered you can't return it. Somehow, they knew there'd be a problem.

We decided to switch from glass cooktop to gas cooktop. This KitchenAid was the perfect choice. I love the look of it. The flame ignite works perfectly. The back small burner has 2 interchangeable burner plates, one for a small pan and one for melting, which I love. The spacing and arrangement of all 4 burners is perfect. We love our new gas cooktop!

Great stovetop - but no griddle.

Bob3645 10/26/2025

Very nice appearance and it work great. Everyone who sees it is impressed, and we love cooking with gas. Downdraft system works fine, but does rob a little heat as anticipated. The only issue I really do have is that Kitchen Aid ™€œdoes not™€ offer a griddle that replaces the grate. We had Jenn air and GE gas stovetops and I really miss that feature.

I bought this cooktop in July 2024, and here we are just a couple months past the warranty and the decals are already wearing off. Let me clarify that I have only used water, a soft sponge, and stainless steel products to clean it. For something at this price point, I expected basic durability not just one year. Extremely disappointed with the quality, this should not be happening so soon after purchase. I would not recommend this product.

jim5093 9/16/2025

Overall very pleased with this stove. My complaint is that all the "cheap" stuck on chromed plastic rings under the control knobs came off after the first couple of cleanings (soap and water only). I re-glued them on. They now all their chrome "paint) is pealing off. At over $30 a piece (for what looks like a $1 part) they will not be replaced. They are and look cheap and now ruin the looks of the whole unit.

Bought this to replace a JennAir that could not be repaired. Downdrafts are specialty items; hard to find, not always in stock. This KitchenAid is well made and sturdy. Controls are large, easy to turn and see. Burners light up promptly. The big burners on this new cooktop are HOT. A full pot of water reaches a boil faster, even though they're rated at the same BTU's as the JennAir.

High End design and Function.

Oh happy day 7/2/2025

I bought this a month ago after searching over a year for the perfect replacement for my old Jenn Air. I am so pleased with this new replacement stove top! I have a Limestone countertop so couldn't have anything less set into it. This stove top works great, looks beautiful, cleans up easily, and is made with sturdy steal knobs, not junk plastic that needs expensive replacing like my JennAir. The pads built into bottom so no expensive replacements their either and grates are one level playing field to move pots and pans across. This stove top receives compliments from anyone that visits. Adds value to our kitchen above and beyond.

Spacious cooktop

CookingLover 6/26/2025

Love the burner control and four burner sizes. However, the downdraft vent is too powerful and pulls heat from the adjacent burners causing uneven cooking. Wish the blow had a lower speed or better would be variable speed. The grating over the blower should seal against surface to avoid pulling excessive heat. The labels should be etched as they are starting to wear off.

Lynn G Thomson 3/3/2025

We purchased brand new kitchen appliances for our renovated kitchen. The fridge has been serviced 8 times! The cooktop is losing its lettering. According to Kitchen Aid, the lettering is lasered on and they can't do anything about this! While the cooktop works great, it doesn't look so great with the loss of lettering. We also purchased a microwave / wall oven. The microwave stopped working January 6. It still isn't fixed and won't be until March 7 -- two months without a microwave. Vent speed & vent motor noise issues

Kegger85 2/22/2025

Impressed with the quality of the cooktop, my complaint is with the vent speed selection & vent motor noise. Instead of having low, medium or high (as it is now), I would have preferred either a variable speed selection or an intermediate selection for each vent setting. I was surprised how loud the motor noise is when vent is in operation, even at the low setting.
